It's not uncommon to see people peddling to work or around town, even in winter weather. That's one of the reasons an organization in traverse city that advocates for better bike trails and pedestrian walkways is holding a special event this week. TART Trails hopes a special film showing will spur discussion on how to make our communities safer and easier for bikers and walkers. FOX 33's Kimberly Purdy talked to some people who bike to work to get their perspective.
The film "Congested Streets" will be shown Wednesday, December 10th at 6 p.m. at Insideout Gallery in Traverse City. There is no cost but donations are accepted.
